Transformational Journey

My journey began in 2008 in Hawaii where I discovered the healing recipes of Vegan cuisine. Since then, my own creations of vegan recipes have blossomed with baking vegan cookies for family and friends. After a decade of good reviews on my tried and tested vegan recipes, I am delighted to launch the first phase of my entrepreneur journey to help you stay healthy and happy!
 
We will be introducing delicious vegan foods like hummus, roasted capsicums, salad dressings and artisan bread in the next phase.
 
When you opt for a vegan meal, you will be helping the planet:
  1. As part of a balanced diet, plant-based foods are a sustainable option in reducing greenhouse gas emissions from food production.
  2. The need for land for animal feed and pasture to meet the consumption of animal products leads to deforestation, global warming and species extinction.
  3. Reduction in eutrophication, where nutrients from fertilizers run into lakes and rivers, thus decreasing damage to the ecosystems and protecting biodiversity.

In 2017, Sir David revealed that he had stopped eating meat, and last year reportedly said: “I haven’t been a doctrinaire vegetarian or vegan, but I no longer have the same appetite for meat. Why? I’m not sure. I think subconsciously maybe it’s because of the state of the planet.”
